Protect Captiva Legal Fund

To guarantee that our community has the legal resources to undertake legal options and to do whatever is necessary to protect Captiva, we need your support and contributions now. However, we must be prepared for a legal battle that is long and protracted. The future of Captiva is at stake.

The CCA Foundation's mission is to undertake funding support for the Captiva Civic Association's initiatives, including enforcement of its Land Use Policy, where it explicitly states that it will work to "maintain the strict limits on density and height...and to oppose any exceptions sought through the variance process."

CCA’s Land Use Committee, comprised of members of five islands organizations, will collectively oversee the legal work toward protecting Captiva. Contributions are tax deductible to the extent allowed by law.
