I want to acknowledge the continuing conflict in Ukraine.
I want to express my concern for those who have been injured by the violence. I have observed how critical it is for people all over the world to collaborate together in order to promote global peace as we view each new photograph of parents leaving their homes and brave individuals defending themselves.
As I watch big corporate companies do their part to provide aid to those in need, I realized that Project 100 can and should also find a way to do the same. I know that many of us, both members and clients, want to find ways to contribute as well.

For the month of March, Project 100 will match your donations at a rate of 2:1 up to a total of $1,000.
Our goal is to send a grand total of $2,000 or more to humanitarian relief efforts that we trust including #NovaUkraine and #Airbnb (via their fee waiver pledge).
This moment calls our company's vision to the front row, it calls for our ability to influence the world, it calls for global unity, and it reminds us that we must never lose sight of the humanity we all share.
It is because of these difficult times that I take comfort in knowing that we are united in our core mission to be a positive influence in the world.
