Across Europe, the movement for Palestinian liberation is under coordinated attack. We are seeing students disciplined and evicted, workers investigated, and protesters arrested for challenging the very infrastructure that enables Israel’s settler-colonial project in Palestine and its ongoing genocide in Gaza.  

The European Legal Support Center (ELSC) exists to confront this. We provide free legal advice, take on strategic cases, and gather evidence to hold power accountable. Through legal strategies, litigation, monitoring, investigative research, training and advocacy efforts informed by the political realities of the struggle, we aim to challenge impunity and strengthen the movement infrastructure to continue mobilising for Palestine.

Good legal work isn't cheap. It takes experienced lawyers, careful case preparation, strong legal arguments, and all the administrative work of getting cases to court.
