Postcode Ukraine

Living in Kyiv since 2020 and working across the frontlines since Russia’s full-scale invasion in 2022, Mark Neville has spent years documenting the volunteers, families and communities at the center of Ukraine’s response. His resulting body of work does more than document a nation at war; the powerful images help create the visibility, solidarity and support needed by the communities behind the photographs. Diary of a Volunteer marks the first time Neville’s work from Ukraine will be exhibited in a major Los Angeles institution. 

The exhibition is a fundraising opportunity – all donations are tax deductible and will be reinvested back into the work of Postcode Ukraine to deliver essential aid to communities impacted by the war. Since 2022, Postcode Ukraine has directly funded over $500,000 in such aid projects.
