This "10 year old girl" is already a Soulless Young Psychopath who should be incarcerated in a juvenile prison until she reaches 18--and then tried for her unconscionable crimes as an ADULT!!! Anyone with half a brain or a spoonful of conscience themselves should clearly know that any child over the age of 5 is quite capable of realizing right from wrong. There have been extensive studies showing that even a 2 year old is capable of showing empathy and a conscience. For instance, a group of two year olds were recorded on video trying to comfort their mothers while they were weeping. Don't believe this? Google the tragic, soul-wrenching story of Baby James Bulgar from Liverpool, England who--in 1992 at the age of not-quire-3--was lured away from his mother and tortured to death by two brutal monster "boys", ages 9 and 10!!! This "girl's" parents need to accept full responsibility for her heinous crimes against these poor innocent cats! If it means paying a huge fine and doing some jail time, TOO DAMN BAD!!!!*&^%$#@!
