The Pacific Northwest Rural Broadband Alliance
The digital divide is a problem in America that separates customers from the vital services that the internet provides, relegating many to being second class citizens. Nearly 25% of Americans lack adequate broadband. In rural areas that number grows to as much as 50%.
At the Pacific NW Rural Broadband Alliance It's our mission to provide rural communities throughout region with affordable, fast, community powered broadband. With cutting edge Althea technology we are capable of connecting small and hard to reach communities that have traditionally remained outside the profit model of incumbent corporate ISPs.
Donations to our organization help us make a positive impact in the communities that need it the most. Connecting children to distance learning services, parents the ability to work from home, families acess to tele-healthcare, and businesses the tools they need for eCommerce.
