Greetings sanctuary friends!
With our surprise calf still growing like a weed, our hay and straw needs have increased considerably over the past two years. We are asking for your help in filling our hay barn this winter, especially since the drought in this area has forced us to purchase all of our winter hay from other local farmers. We normally harvest at least half of our winter hay from our fields, but this year it just wasn't possible, so we really need your help covering this unexpected expense.
Your donations will help us purchase a combination of large round bales and smaller second cutting treat bales to get our cow trio through the winter. A donation of any amount will help bring us closer to our goal. Jeanette, Jolene, & Forrest send a big "thank moo" for your kindness and compassion. As always, we are so grateful for your help!
