Update November 8, 2025 

After years of standing shoulder-to-shoulder with Mike and Martha McMahon, President Donald J. Trump has officially pardoned Officer Mike McMahon.  


What started as one family’s fight for justice became a movement of patriots who refused to give up on an American hero.  

Because of your prayers, generosity, and unwavering support, Mike is finally free.  

This victory belongs to you—the Pipe Hitter community that proves, time and again, that when Americans stand together, freedom wins.  


Update April 16, 2025

From Mike's wife, Martha:
Today the American people lost.  The DOJ and FBI sentenced my husband to 18 months of federal prison for legal private investigative work from 2016.  The FBI and DOJ trusted the CCP over an American hero.  Period.  We will be appealing.  When you hear who our country believes is more important than this country it will shock you.  Thank you for your continued support.  Until Mike is fully exonerated I will never stop fighting.  God Bless you all.


Update April 10, 2025

Mike's sentencing has been moved at the VERY last minute.  The McMahon family was poised to face the judge on April 10th but has now been rescheduled to April 16th where he could face more than seven years in prison!


This year-long battle has been extremely intense and challenging and we are asking for your prayers and support as the McMahon family regroups yet again.


We ask that you continue to share Mike's case!  We want to bring as much awareness about this miscarriage of justice and the apparent "Win at all costs" tactics by the DOJ.  This is unacceptable and an unprecedented overreach that we all need to take a stand against.

ABOUT MIKE:


A former NYPD sergeant with a decorated career, Michael McMahon, was just convicted for acting as an agent of a foreign government.


McMahon is the only private investigator ever charged under the Foreign Agent Registration Act (FARA), and he is currently facing 30 years behind bars — despite having no knowledge that his client was connected to the Chinese communist party. 


As a husband and father of three, Michael is counting on Pipe Hitter Foundation to help with his legal support. It’s the only chance he has to fight for his freedom — and clear his good name.
