Phillip's Cottage was established to honor the legacy of Phillip Carroll who loved others well and deep. This non-profit serves to provide transitional housing for women with children graduating from Teen Challenge in Minden, Louisiana.  Join us as we continue Phillip's love of all and his desire to positively effect life change.
