For Profit Organizations:
Businesses are also encouraged to join us. There is a $25 nonrefundable donation for each organization. This $25 guarantees you showing up and goes back to helping homeless and unwanted pets at the end of the day. We are particularly looking for vendors who make homemade treats, animal trainers, agility demonstrations, etc. Please submit your donation payment on this form. If you have any questions or would like to learn more about becoming a Sponsor as well with more advertisement at the event, please contact Brigette Wucher at [email protected] or call her at (757) 813-8034.
Here is what you will need to bring:
- Tent/ Canopy (you may also rent one from us, please contact us if need to rent tents, tables, or chairs).
- Table(s) and Chair(s)
- Literature about your organization.
- Animals with crate and/or leash - This is great opportunity to bring those animals that need socialization. Animals do not need to stay the whole day. You can rotate them out if that works for you or have others "stop by to visit."
- Water for you and your animals
- People to staff your booth and talk about your organization
- Rescues/ Shelters: Adoption Applications
- Items for sale that benefit your organization (t-shirts, dog treats, bandanas, etc.)
Tents may not be staked, but you can use weights to anchor your tent.
A couple of words about donations: You may have any visible signs of donation requests (like donation jars). However, you may not solicit for donations. When you are talking about your organization, you may certainly mention that you depend on the community for support. You might also have some literature regarding "How to Help," etc.
Questions? Please contact Brigette Wucher at [email protected] or call her at (757) 813-8034.
PLEASE Fill out the Form so we know how to accurately list you and promote you for this event.
