Goal
Join drivers Lee Harman and Bill Ward on their adventure driving from Peking (Beijing) to Paris in a 1931 Model A Ford Victoria "Miss Vicky." Both Lee and Bill are passionate about Rotary International's Polio Plus effort to eradicate polio from the world and would like to invite you along for the journey by supporting Polio Plus with a donation of $0.01 ($100) to $1 per mile ($10,000). The guys are funding their trip on their own. ALL donations go direct to Rotary International for PolioPlus and are tax deductible (where applicable).
The 7th Peking (Beijing) to Paris Motor Challenge will be run from June - July 2019. It's a motor endurance rally where drivers will cover 10,000 miles in 36 days - it is the longest and toughest driving challenge for Vintage and Classic cars.
PolioPlus began in the 1980s and is THIS CLOSE to eliminating polio. A final fundraising push is being made to raise $1.2 billion needed to make the threat of polio a thing of the past.
