2026 Pipe Creek VFD Market Day Vendor Form


We’re looking for vendors who are interested in displaying their merchandise for sale during our barbecue. We sell an average of 900+ BBQ plates every year!

11:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Must be ready for sales by 10:30 AM

Vendors must provide their own canopy, table, chairs, etc. Electricity is not available.


Booth options:


10' x 10' Booth Space ($25) - No electricity

10' x 20' Booth Space ($50) - No electricity


No rain checks. Payment is non-refundable. Booth spaces will be assigned in the order of which they are received. 


Spaces will be placed adjacent to the event hall entrance. Vendors must be set up and ready for sales by 10:30 a.m. Sunday, October 4, 2026. Booths may begin packing up at 3:00 p.m. If we sell out of BBQ early, we will notify vendors that they can begin packing up early.


  • Sale of certain types of food are prohibited. Please contact us before submitting this form if you plan to sell any food items! Jams, jellies, and salsas are acceptable.
  • No baked desserts are permitted.
  • No open alcohol containers are permitted.
  • No used/garage sale style boot

Vendors are responsible for loading, unloading and setup and tear down of their own booth spaces, we cannot provide assistance.


We reserve the right to limit or deny vendors whose product offerings are substantially similar or identical to those of vendors who have already signed up, if your application is denied we will refund your payment and notify you. This is to ensure a diverse marketplace and prevent the oversaturation of a particular product category. 


We reserve the right to refuse applications from Multi-Level Marketing (MLM) businesses that do not have a physical product on hand for sale. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns.


We ask that all participants be respectful of other vendors and staff during this event.
