The Farm & Food Security at PCC

Access to fresh, affordable food is a human right. At the PCC Austin Farm, created with Windy City Harvest, we provide produce at low cost while teaching healthy eating habits. Programs like VeggieRx give patients managing chronic disease “prescriptions” for fresh produce, bringing nourishment and healing to our community.
