This is one of four permanent endowments established by a testamentary gift from Loretta Hunter. The income will be directed to Hospice which exists to serve the needs of individuals suffering from life-limiting illnesses as well as to serve the people caring for them. Their emphasis is on comfort and quality of life as they provide the physical, psychological, social and spiritual needs of the terminally ill. Mrs. Hunter was served by Hospice prior to her death.
