Pambazuka Ministries (PM) exists to empower locals to effectively share the love and the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ in their hard-to-reach rural communities in Uganda. Our name and everything we do at Pambazuka resonates from Isaiah 58, “Then your light will break forth like the dawn, and your healing will quickly appear…Your people will rebuild the ancient ruins, and will raise the age old foundations…” vv.8-12.
Our Founder

Our Vision
We see broken communities becoming healed, one household at a time, by sustainably using their free God-given resources for generations to come.
Here’s a snapshot of our core services.
- We identify and connect with Christian local leaders; walk alongside them, train and equip them to plant sustainable churches, disciple new converts and send them to plant more sustainable churches.
- In communities, we help leaders and people embrace their God given resources, identify their needs, and find their sustainable solutions be it - poverty, spiritual, social economic, environmental, climate change, and more.
- In communities, we also use Scripture and discipleship as a sustainable way to attaining food security, creating and retaining wealth, which will improve their lives, especially those who are most vulnerable and at-risk.
- We disciple the young generation, give them biblical values, help them embrace quality education, care for the environment and embrace vocational training through local school outreaches. There are other services we offer in the community, and you can discover them on our website. www.pambazukaministries.org
