Pact is a different kind of adoption organization—honest, child-centered, and anti-racist.

Since 1991, Pact's mission has been to provide education, support, and community for adoptees of color and the people who love them. As a non-profit organization, we want to  make our programs and services as accessible as possible, which is why we offer many free of charge or on an income-based sliding scale.
