The 5th grade enrichment organization at Woodside Elementary is a group of dedicated parents who aim to provide the unforgettable experience of Outdoor Education (science camp) and end of year promotion. Outdoor Education provides our students a chance for hands-on access to our ecosystem and the wildlife that lives in it.
The goal of these 5th grade student events is to reflect the philosophy of Woodside Elementary, which is to provide a safe and nurturing environment that promotes the social, emotional, intellectual(cognitive), and physical development of each child with an overall emphasis on building each child's self-esteem.
Each year we rely on fundraising and donation events to enhance the environment and experience for our children. This year is especially important as it is our children’s last year at Woodside Elementary and due to the pandemic it is the only event our children have had in over two years. To attain our goals and further enrich our children’s lives, we are reaching out to our community, business owners and friends to support our largest fundraiser project of the year.
