Goal

We’ve purchased an incredible old Victorian house in Imlay City, Michigan. It’s a beautiful place that will ultimately accommodate a broadcast/recording studio in the attic and a rehearsal/performance space out back in the “pole barn.”

The House ExteriorThe house itself dates back to 1890, and is on the National Register of Historic Places, which essentially means it’s going to need a TON of work, especially in fitting out those special spaces for our theatre work (as well as for any other producers who might come out to visit).

Neither space was intended as a studio or rehearsal hall, so it’s going to take a significant amount of electrical work, insulation, construction and carpentry to trick them out for theatrical use.
