Operation Healthy You. Heal the Divide.

1.4 million Americans are diagnosed with diabetes each year and another 96 million are prediabetic and will become diabetic unless effective interventions can change their course. 

1 in every 10 people in the US has diabetes

Minorities and underserved populations experience diabetes at an average rate of 4.5% higher than other groups due to a complex interplay of genetic, lifestyle, social, and environmental factors.

The even greater risk is that diabetes can lead to other diseases, such as kidney disease. 

The NMHA is developing a tech solution that can help. Operation Healthy You (OHY), is part of a platform of Health Equity as a Service (HEaaS) that will bring health equity to individuals who are diabetic or prediabetic.

How you can help! 

Just $10 can begin to help deliver health equity to an individual in need for a year.

Help us develop OHY and bring awareness, access, and means to meet individuals where they are and help get them what they need to avoid and prevent diabetes. By participating in this campaign you will also be eligible to receive benefits from OHY for your health goals.
