Brighton Jones has always been a company that takes action—and we’re proud to be part of that story. 

Based on Seattle’s Puget Sound, our team (Patrick Kelly, Val Grasparil, and Gavin Dayment) has come together to support community-led organizations across Kenya. Our fundraising team name, Sound to Savanna, reflects this journey of connection across the globe to Kenya with shared purpose. 

In 2025, the need in Kenya is greater than ever. Lower international development and donations, climate shocks, and economic instability have stretched already limited resources—impacting everything from education and healthcare to food security and environmental protection. But there are ways to help! We partner and help fund capacity building with five exceptional local organizations that are stepping up to meet these challenges, and we’re standing with them.

• Kaijado Children's Center - Access to Healthcare
• Sheldrick Wildlife Trust - Animal Welfare

Since 2016, Brighton Jones teammates and clients have supported trusted partners in Kenya working to break cycles of poverty, improve access to opportunity, and build long-term resilience. Every three years, we focus our philanthropic efforts on global giving to help fuel strategic, sustainable solutions. 

 
Here’s what your gift can help make possible*: 

• $25 – 30 trees planted
• $50 – Provide meals for a class for a month
• $100 – Sponsor a baby elephant for two years
• $250 – Pre- and post-natal care for mothers
• $500 – Women’s empowerment training for 12 months
• $1,000 – One-year high school scholarship for a student
• $5,000 – Annual salary for a teacher
• $15,000 – Annual salary for a medical professional

Join us in bringing hope, opportunity, and real impact from the Sound to the Savanna (and across Kenya, too).  We're looking to raise a minimum of $4,000, but we surely want to exceed that if you or your company are in a position to fund more. Across the Brighton Jones team, we are aiming to raise $1 million this year.
