Throughout his professional career, Ian has created a niche focus on dynamic business development, leadership, and service and hospitality excellence within all walks of food and beverage.


Ian is the principle at Fork & Framework Hospitality Consultancy, and is a proud partner at Ross Artisanal Bakery & Cafe, in the heart of Ridgefield, and is deeply Intrenched in the community as a business owner, Ridgefield resident, and also sits as a board member on the Ridgefield Chamber of Commerce.
