On the Runway - Shine Bright

Thank you for your support as I walk the runway to raise funds for Ann’s Place! 

Ann’s Place is local non-profit that provides support to anyone affected by cancer in our communities. I am incredibly proud to work as a clinician at Ann’s Place, providing direct support to clients via counseling and support groups. And thanks to donors like you, our services are FREE for clients.

This work is my passion because my family was directly impacted by cancer, and I know firsthand how devastating this journey can be. My late husband, Fred, was diagnosed with advanced lung cancer in 2011, when our daughter was a toddler. Fred tried every treatment available, but he passed away at the age of 29. I do not know how I would have survived caregiving and grief without the support of family, friends, and free counseling and support groups like those offered at Ann’s Place.
