24 for 24: A Virtual Fundraiser

HLD will return in 2021 with an ODG Zoom performance event bringing together representatives from over 30 countries in addition to live performances. Join us for a special preview of our 24-hour ODG virtual installation honoring the upcoming International Day of Persons with Disabilities. 

The event will include a 15-minute installation by HLD company members and past ODG participants and ambassadors. Heidi Latsky will share the origination story for the initiative followed by a discussion on the impact and future of ODG. 

Your $24 donation will support tech & accessibility needs for the 24-hour Zoom event on December 3rd. Even if you are not able to attend, your contribution is greatly appreciated.

ODG began as a simple, human sculpture court, and is now a worldwide social justice movement - a growing portfolio of works that explore and demonstrate inclusion through art. Performed by local community members in cities all over the world on December 3rd, ODG honors the United Nations' International Day of Persons with Disabilities. 

This year, in addition to live performances, we will host another 24-hour Zoom performance event that will bring together artists, community members, scholars, and ambassadors from over 30 countries to explore what inclusion can look like on a global scale. Your donations will support work that creates dynamic, safe spaces for audience members (the viewers) and performers (the viewed) to witness one another - both through gaze and emotional vulnerability.
