Dr. Joe Olachea serves Teleo University as Provost, Director of Institutional Effectiveness, and overseer of Learning Resources. With a Doctor of Philosophy from Oxford Graduate School and more than two decades of ministry experience—including his leadership as Director of DisciplePath, T‑Net’s North American ministry—Dr. Olachea plays a vital role in shaping the academic strength and global impact of Teleo University.
