To date, Oakwood24 has raised over $800,000 to support Healing Transitions’ vital recovery programs!

Since starting my internship with Healing Transitions in 2023, and now serving as Communications Coordinator, I’ve witnessed firsthand the incredible impact this organization has. Healing Transitions offers innovative, peer-based recovery services to homeless, uninsured, and underserved individuals struggling with alcoholism and other drug addictions. We envision a community where addiction is treated as a health issue and no one dies waiting for services.

This has been a transformative experience for me, and I can truly say I see miracles happen every day as part of this mission. Now more than ever, it’s crucial to support Healing Transitions, as your donations directly help change lives.
