My recovery story is not unlike many others; I drank too much and now I don’t. It’s simple and profoundly complicated. It’s been restorative and tragic. So far, I think the service and paradoxes have been my favorite parts. 

I had to suffer to get well. 

I had to surrender to win. 

And I have to give to receive. 

I am hoping to raise at least $1,610 (to match my days of continuous sobriety) for this important resource. I would LOVE to see that number grow even higher! 

This effort is for those who are still sick and suffering, as well as those no longer sick and suffering. 😢
