To date, Oakwood24 has raised over $1M for Healing Transitions to support recovery!

This year,  Team Persevere  is comprised of 3 silver chip alumni that love The Healing Transitions motto which is “as many times as it takes” and after a return to use have returned and completed the retrack program to become re-engaged into recovery.
