Team Hope Story - 2026 TCS New York City Marathon

This year I’ll be running my first marathon — the TCS New York City Marathon — and I’m doing it for something deeply meaningful to me.

I’m honored to be running with Team Hope Story, an organization that brings encouragement, resources, and connection to parents who have received a Down syndrome diagnosis for their child.

One of the most powerful things Hope Story does is connect those parents with families who are already raising a child with Down syndrome — people who can say “we’ve been where you are, and you’re not alone.” They also equip medical professionals with tools and guidance so that when a diagnosis is delivered, it is delivered with compassion, perspective, and hope.

This cause is deeply personal to me because of a very special kid in our lives — Wolfie.

Watching him grow and learning from him has been one of the greatest privileges our family has had. His joy, curiosity, determination, and perspective have taught us so much about what really matters. Being part of his life has changed the way I see the world, and I proudly consider myself a member of the Wolf Pack. 🐺

Running 26.2 miles will be one of the biggest physical challenges I’ve ever taken on, but it feels small compared to the courage, love, and resilience I see in families like Wolfie’s every day.

My goal is to raise at least $5,000 to support Hope Story’s mission of ensuring that when parents receive a Down syndrome diagnosis for their child, they are met with support, encouragement, and real stories of hope.
