Team Hope Story - 2026 TCS New York City Marathon

When I threw out the idea of running the New York Marathon to my family, they encouraged this idea and challenge. I knew that if I was going to be running I didn't want it just to be for myself, but for the impact of others. When I heard about Hope Story I fell in love with the mission. 

Your donation to Hope Story helps provide resources, support, and hope to families whose child has received a Down syndrome diagnosis. Hope Story connects new parents who received the news that their child was diagnosed with Down syndrome to parents of kids who have Down Syndrome. These parents are connected  for support and encouragement walking through this experience, that may be scary at first, together. They train medical professionals on how to share the diagnosis with Parents with compassion and letting them know they are not alone.

Through my own family and friends in my life I have seen how beautiful life is and how impactful it is to have a support system. I am so excited that I get to run the New York Marathon with my dad and that we both get to run for Hope Story.  I am so excited to run for Hope Story, every life is a blessing and I want every family to feel supported not matter the circumstance, just like I have in my own life. I can't wait to make an impact one mile at a time!
