Team Hope Story - TCS New York City Marathon 2024

I got back into running during the pandemic after a long hiatus, and ran marathons three and four in 2023, qualifying for Boston on number four.  I was hoping Boston would be number five in 2024, but it was not meant to be.   As an alternative, I decided that I wanted to try something different for number five and try running for something other than my own goals.  So I am super excited for number five to be the 2024 TCS New York Marathon with Team Hope Story!

Hope Story is an organization based here in Dallas with a mission to provide resources, support, and hope to families whose child has received a Down syndrome diagnosis.  It was founded by some friends of ours from church and we have gotten to watch them raise their son Noah (who has Down syndrome), see the blessing Noah is to the world, and raise up the cause to provide support to other families in the same situation.  

If Hope Story's mission connects with your heart, or if you just want to support a guy trying to run 26.2 for something other than himself I would love to have you jump on board with me.  My goal is to raise $5000 to support Hope Story - 100% of any donations received will go to Hope Story and their cause (I am funding all trip and race costs myself).
