Team Hope Story - TCS New York City Marathon 2024

Hello Everyone! My name is Kala Desai and I am so excited to be running the New York City marathon in November through Team Hope Story! A huge part of my excitement stems from the opportunity to spread awareness about Team Hope Story, an organization focused on advocating for and supporting parents whose child has a Down Syndrome diagnosis. I am passionate about our mission. 

I am an ultrasound technologist and have conducted several sonograms that have led to diagnosis of Down Syndrome. I have seen first-hand how this condition impacts individuals and their families.
