Vet bill

The begging bowl is out again! A few months ago we managed to pay off our very large vet bills after a successful fundraiser and although it’s not as high this time around it does need paying!

We currently owe around £10k, it mounts up so quickly  The majority’s is for neutering, with no dog leaving us un neutered or vaccinated this is something that can’t be avoided.

We’ve had a few desperate situations that needed urgent attention so unfortunately these costs are unavoidable. With the rising cost on everything the running costs at Tegfan is constantly creeping up, leaving little left for much else. 

The majority of our incoming dogs are unclaimed strays that just keep arriving which in turn put a huge strain on our finances. With 109 stray dogs coming into our small rescue since 1st January, and only 14 being claimed by their owners, our resources are continuously being stretched to their limits. 

We do our best but won’t compromise on our dogs well-being. So…once again we are trying to raise the funds to clear our current vet bill. Any help is gratefully received Thank you once again for everyone’s continued support
