People like this are psychopaths! Real sociopaths! They cannot be rehabilitated! They are damaged and beyond repair. Their brains are highly abnormal and dangerous. They prey on the weak and helpless. What kind of mind wants to torture and kill a helpless, innocent little kittens or dogs? This guy is a real danger to society because, as studies and research have shown, this type of cowardly predator escalates to other victims like little children. Evil (I don't use that term lightly) scum like this predator need to be held responsible and put in prison for a long, long time.
