Baltimore is a city of world-class talent. It's time the world took notice.

Right now, Baltimore's most brilliant emerging artists—especially artists of color—face a critical gap. They lack access to affordable live/work space, are disconnected from global creative networks, and work in neighborhoods that have been historically cut off from the city's arts scene.

Nosreme Baltimore is the bridge. We are a Black-led nonprofit building a new kind of arts ecosystem—one that is equitable, community-driven, and globally connected. We don't wait for people to come to the art; we bring the art to the people.

Our model is a strategic, three-part solution:

1. We Create Hyper-Local Platforms: Through our free Community Public Art commissions and our vibrant Global Baltimore Pop-Up Art & Dinner Series, we turn neighborhood lots into galleries and empower residents to tell their own stories.

2. We Forge Global Pathways: We are building the blueprint for an International Artist Residency, creating a bridge for our artists to access global markets and for international creatives to experience the power of Baltimore.

3. We Are Building a Permanent Home: Our ultimate goal is a permanent live/work hub that provides critically needed affordable housing for local artists and a world-class residency program.

Since 2022, we have proven our model works. We have raised over $60,000 for community-led art and paid more than 35 local artists and creatives for their work.

Now, we are at a critical turning point. To make the leap from powerful pop-ups to a sustainable, international organization, we need to raise $300,000. This funding will allow us to hire our first core staff, expand our programming, and launch the international pilot residencies that are the final step before securing our permanent home.

• $50 - The Spark: Provides professional-grade art supplies for one of our free community workshops, giving a young person their first chance to create alongside a professional artist.

• $150 - The Apprentice: Funds a stipend for a student apprentice from Morgan State or BSA to gain hands-on experience during our annual public mural project.

• $500 - The Amplifier: Supports the cost of a live musical performance at a "Global Baltimore" Pop-Up event, ensuring our programs are vibrant, multi-sensory experiences for the entire community.

• $1,500 - The Artist Sponsor: Directly funds the participation fee for one Baltimore artist in our "Global Baltimore" Pop-Up Series, providing them with a critical platform and income.

• $4,000 - The Global Connector: Sponsors the full stipend for a visiting international artist during our "Residency without Walls" pilot, making the dream of a global Baltimore a reality.
