No More Lonely Youth

Sometimes it feels weird for me to say that I am the “founder” of Only7Seconds… because I truly have felt from day one that this was God’s… and I was just trying to be obedient to what He was asking. 

It has been a honor to be part and watch it grow where it has the past five years. Since it was birthed, I have studied the effects of loneliness and I believe even more wholeheartedly as time passes that our youth desperately need this message. I have heard stories about a simple Because You Matter sign literally saving lives. I have heard that the curriculum is changing the culture of a school building as kids are learning how to engage and connect with each other.

Over the last 5 years, we have heard story after story from youth experiencing anxiety, bullying, depression, eating disorders, and suicide. Loneliness is at the root of most of these stories. 

Youth are more lonely than ever and we're committed to doing something about it.

 From May 2-June 15th, we are activating participation, crowdfunding for our future, and amplifying your stories. It’s time for a connection revolution.

2. Donate & Fundraise: Support the campaign's goal of raising $100,000. Every dollar counts. Organize your own fundraising efforts to contribute to the campaign's success. We're looking for 100 people to raise $250 each. Will you be one of them? I am personally trying to raise $5200 for my 52nd birthday which is coming up soon!!! I believe that I have amazing friends who will rally and help me raise this to support the future of Only7Seconds.
