Ryder has a wide array of interests, and his exploratory mentorship experience is a prime example of that. First, we introduced him to Ethan, a former winner of the TV show Survivor. Ethan, a cancer survivor, told Ryder how he uses his own experience as a cancer survivor to inspire others through his public speaking. Next, Stephen discusses investment banking with Ryder and talked about being on the development team for Acrisure Stadium in Pittsburgh. Finally, we introduced Ryder to Lindsey who taught him all  about the world of real estate. Now, Ryder is out in the world chasing his passions and  using his experiences to live life to the fullest.
