Benjamin Polony is a 19-year-old candidate for Glenview Trustee. Benjamin Polony’s political activism took off at the age of 15 when he started as a campaign intern. From there, he has served as field office manager for former U.S. Senator Mark Kirk and worked as both a finance and transportation intern for the villages of Northbrook and Schaumburg respectively. No stranger to the inner-workings of local government, Polony is currently pursuing a B.A. in public policy at the University of Illinois in Chicago. Polony was born in Chicago and raised in Glenview since the age of two. His interests include urban planning and public administration.
