Since our establishment in 1974, Neighborhood Housing Services of Baltimore (NHS) has been a beacon of hope for Baltimore area communities. As a private, non-profit organization, we are dedicated to revitalizing neighborhoods through innovative homeownership strategies, creative loan products, and quality education and counseling for new and potential homeowners. 

At NHS, our services are designed to create informed and prepared homebuyers, increase access to credit and homebuyer assistance programs for low to moderate-income borrowers, and preserve homeownership through grants and loans.
