Last year I joined the National Harm Reduction Coalition Board of Directors and now serve as the board co-chair alongside the brilliant Lucy Trieshmann. Expanding my scope nationally has been a work of necessity and love.

This Giving Tuesday, help us address the devastating impact of the War on Drugs, aka a war on people...our people. The harm is real, hitting Black, Indigenous, Latinx/e, and Queer communities the hardest, fueling inequities, criminalization, and loss. Every day, lives are lost to preventable overdoses. Every day, harm reduction workers and Syringe Services Programs reach out, with a critical need for resources to save lives and reduce harm in their communities.

We are ready to do more. But we can’t do it without you.
