Invest in the Next Generation of Atlanta's Talent

For more than a decade, Next Generation Men & Women has empowered over 1,500 Atlanta students through career exposure, mentorship, and leadership development. In partnership with more than 70 local colleges and companies, we’ve helped young people discover their passions, build professional skills, and step confidently into Atlanta’s workforce.

Today, we stand at a pivotal moment for growth and sustainability. Launched in the spring, our $2 million initiative provides a two-year runway to secure and expand Next Gen’s impact. Thanks to early support from foundation and corporate partners, $1 million has already been raised. 

We are now focused on securing the next $1 million, driven by the scaled gifts of individual donors. 

Your investment will help Next Gen rebuild and grow, positioning us to expand from serving 150 students, 300 alumni, and 3 schools today to 325 students, 400 alumni, and 5 schools by the 2027–2028 school year. Together, we can ensure that more young people have access to the mentorship, career exposure, and professional networks that shape brighter futures.
