Join Great Basin Bird Observatory's desert thrasher research by donating to the 2025 Bird-a-thon! 

I'm Anna, aka Bird Girl Anna. I'll be participating in the 2025 Bird-a-thon as a back yard birder! This allows me to observe as many birds in my front yard, back yard and all around my house throughout the month of May!

The Nevada Bird-a-thon is an annual state-wide fundraiser for bird conservation, like a walk-a-thon, but we are counting birds, not steps! Join us to raise awareness and conservation dollars for the imperiled Bendire’s Thrasher and Leconte’s Thrasher. Show your support by signing up to bird or by donating!
