Neodesha High School Clay Target Team

The Bluestreaks Clay Target Team is open to youth attending Neodesha’s Middle School or High School and in grades 7-12. We are an independent team affiliated with the Kansas division of the U.S. High School Clay Target League. 

The U.S. High School Clay Target League is the independent provider of clay target shooting sports as an extracurricular co-ed and adaptive activity for high schools and students in grades 6 through 12. The League’s priorities are safety, fun, and marksmanship – in that order. The league is touted as the fastest growing scholastic sport in the nation and is, statistically, the safest high-school sport in America. There are currently 43,000+ team members on 1,466 teams in 34 states.

Our team consists of approximately 15 students each season and is staffed/coached by family members of students and qualified volunteers from the community. Our season runs from February through June, and each year, we take a team to compete in the Kansas State High School Clay Target Tournament that hosts over 80 teams and 1,500+ student athletes annually.

Donations to the Bluestreaks Clay Target team are used to defray the operating costs of the team, to include equipment, league fees/insurance and consumables.
