National Refugee-Led Advisory and Action Group (NRAAG)

The National Refugee-led Advisory and Advocacy Group (NRAAG) is a refugee-led entity creating spaces, platforms and a clear voice for decision-making, policy, media and public discourse.

NRAAG prioritises the agency and active participation of people with lived experience in decisions that affect them and their communities.

NRAAG works with a diverse range of partners to inform policies, service delivery, campaigns, research, and initiatives that affect the lives of refugees and people seeking asylum.

NRAAG is comprised of refugees (current and former) and people seeking asylum with legal, policy development and service-delivery expertise.

Welcoming Australia actively supports the work and aims of NRAAG.
