Nanak's Kitchen Food Relief Program
WHEN YOU GIVE SELFLESSLY, YOU ARE BLESSED AS WELL
Guru Nanak’s Community Kitchen is a food distribution program centered at Guru Ram Das Ashram and Gurdwara in Millis, Massachusetts. Guru Nanak’s Community Kitchen grew out of the Sikh tradition of serving Langar, the weekly vegetarian meals following Gurdwara services.
To date, Guru Nanak’s Community Kitchen has had great success. Since July 2020 we have supplied enough groceries and our organically principled garden fresh produce to provide more than 50,000 meals for seniors, homeless youth and vulnerable families in Massachusetts and Rhode Island. We want to expand our reach.
Our commercial kitchen is ready to go, and with your help we hope deliver more produce, groceries, and hot meals in 2023 and the years ahead.
