The rescue of Molly, Molly’s puppies and Nova 🤍

Molly was found in a hopeless state by the side of a busy road having been hit by a car. Molly was paralysed and dragging herself as she could no longer walk. It was discovered that Molly was a mumma and had recently given birth to 4 puppies. Molly had an owner who could not afford to take her to the vets. 2 of her puppies had also been hit by cars/motorbikes. Molly was rescued along with her 4 puppies and taken to the vet clinic. When carrying out this rescue mission, Molly’s owner also handed over another dog (now named Nova) who was pregnant. Molly’s owner doesn’t want Molly, her puppies, or Nova back as he feels he can’t care for them. 

Once at the vet clinic, it was discovered that Molly had a broken pelvis and various other fractures that required  surgery. 1 puppy had a broken femur and another puppy had a head injury causing brain damage as a result of being struck by a car. 

Molly required emergency surgery to fix a metal plate and screws to her pelvis, which cost 11 million IDR alone. Her puppies thankfully do not need surgery.
