Oregonians: You could get the first $100 of donations to Move Oregon’s Border returned to you as a credit on your Oregon tax return. Move Oregon’s Border is a PAC as defined by Oregon law, with EIN 84-4255806. For details, visit: https://www.oregonfamilycouncil.org/wp-content/uploads/2020/04/TAX-CRED-CARD-2020-web.pdf . The only downside to giving to an Oregon PAC is that the state will put your personal information on a public website if your gift is $100 or more. Move Oregon’s Border is required to report any info we have on the donation amount, date, name, postal address, occupation, and employer name, and we are required to ask for this information (although you’re only required to tell us your name and address). We are required to ask our donors for their name, address, occupation, and employer, but donors are only required to provide name and address. Anonymous donations are prohibited by Oregon law.
