California voters voted for a nonpartisan primary in 2010 and claimed the right to participate in primary elections regardless of party affiliation. 

More Choice California is building on that foundation to defend California's nonpartisan primary and advance two constitutional amendments that strengthen voter rights.

ALL VOTERS

The All Voters Amendment guarantees that no voter can be excluded from meaningful participation in any publicly funded election based on party preference.

MORE CHOICE

The More Choice Amendment expands the nonpartisan primary from top-two to top-four, with ranked-choice voting in the general election. Voters rank candidates in order of preference. The winner must have the broadest support among all voters.
