Mom Shay Scholarship Fund

The Mom Shay Scholarship Fund honors a fierce and faithful advocate for racial justice whose love lit the way for so many of us. In her name, we help remove one of the most common barriers to this work: the cost of showing up.

Your gift helps community members cover registration, travel, and related costs for the gatherings, trainings, and events that deepen our shared journey toward liberation, healing, and love. Right now, much of this support is helping people attend our 2027 National Gathering in Richmond, Virginia. Over time, the fund also helps our people take part in trainings like STAR at Eastern Mennonite University, leadership development, and other opportunities that call us forward.

Every contribution, at any level, opens a door for someone who might not otherwise walk through it. When you give, you make sure no one is kept from this work by the cost of getting there.
