MIStudentsDream Scholarship Fund

MIStudentsDream is starting a scholarship fund for undocumented and immigrant students. Donate today!

MIStudentsDream is an intergenerational organization led by students and educators who organize at the intersection of immigration and education justice. Founded in 2018, we now have hundreds of youth and adult members across metro Detroit who are embedding anti-racist practices into their classrooms and fighting for policies which humanize our education and immigration systems. While we're working to change the system, we also acknowledge the needs of immigrant students right now, which is why we're starting a scholarship fund.

Scholarship funds will go to undocumented, immigrant, and BIPOC youth and young adults or educators who are in need of money for expenses such as: college, trade school, job training programs, professional development, DACA renewal fees and/or basic needs such as housing, medical expenses or food. MIStudentsDream will occasionally be transparent about how funds are used, however due to privacy/safety concerns for undocumented folks, sometimes this will not be possible.
