Mind Yourself 365 Sunday Service for Suicide or Survive

Mind Yourself 365 are celebrating the 5-year anniversary of their Sunday Service, with a 5k run, yoga and sound bath, this Sunday 19th of July, on Velvet Strand, Portmarnock Beach. Donations are being made to Suicide or Survive.

Suicide or Survive's mission is to prevent suicide through programmes grounded in courageous conversations, lived/living experience, and practical skill-building to support people to live with suicidal thoughts without being defined by them.

Every euro goes towards delivering life saving suicide prevention programmes, such as the Eden Programme, to communities across Ireland.
